I am originally from Chongqing (重庆), in southwest China. At the moment, I am a Software Engineering student at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT, 北京邮电大学).\nWhat are my interests? # My primary interests currently lie in low-level systems programming, and functional programming paradigms (which is something I am trying hard to learn).\nWhat is this site for? # This site is a living supplement to my formal studies and a digital scrapbook of my life. It includes:\nNotes: Practical study companions for CS (languages, theory, tooling) and Mathematics.\nProjects: A log of coursework (like my SketchPadX app) and independent technical experiments.\nLife \u0026amp; Hobbies: Periodic personal reflections, random thoughts, civil aviation, and English learning.\nRecommendations (Coming Soon): Curated lists of high-quality textbooks and study materials.\nI once thought about starting a Wechat official account to document all these things, but I realized it wasn\u0026rsquo;t quite suitable. The reason is that I want to write entirely in English, yet few Wechat official accounts run purely in English.\nWhy is the content in English? # Looking toward the future, I have two main aspirations:\nI want to study or live overseas to experience a completely different culture.\nI want to seriously advance my education in Computer Science.\nAchieving both of these requires strong English skills, especially since the most in-depth CS literature and documentation are often written entirely in English.\nOn top of that, I am really into learning languages myself. Immersing myself in English just feels wonderful.\nSo I don\u0026rsquo;t just treat English as a subject to pass.
